BE CONSUMER OBSESSED

Every offering should be born out of an insight based on a specific consumer’s beliefs, motivations, and tensions. Do everything in your power to create products that solve these tensions. The same goes for solving our customers’ tensions.

HIRE AND PROMOTE “ATHLETES”

These are exceptional individuals with the ability to be successful in a variety of roles. They have intangibles like leadership ability, business acumen, judgment, adaptability and humility.
